HubSpot UI/UX Designer

The HubSpot UI/UX Designer will design user-centric experiences within the HubSpot platform. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and productivity. Responsibilities will include the following:  Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze user feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement. Develop user personas, user journeys, and other UX artifacts to guide design decisions.
