The HubSpot UI/UX Designer will design user-centric experiences within the HubSpot platform. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and productivity.

Responsibilities will include the following:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Analyze user feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop user personas, user journeys, and other UX artifacts to guide design decisions.
- Evaluate existing applications for UX effectiveness and recommend improvements based on research findings and best practices.
- Work closely with HubSpot Developers and Admins to implement designs smoothly, ensuring technical feasibility and maintaining HubSpot best practices.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for HubSpot applications in Figma and other design tools.
- Experience creating UX artifacts, including designs, wireframes, interactive prototypes, user journeys, and workflows
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand product scope and requirements.
- Present design concepts and deliverables that effectively illustrate simplicity and user friendliness.
- Plan and conducted usability testing sessions.
- Analyze test results and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Customize HubSpot pages and collaborate with developers to implement custom components.
- Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and user guides.
- Document design decisions and rationale for future reference.
You must be:
- Active listener, highly engaged, quick thinker and the ability to work independently.
- Strong experience working with key stakeholders and leading design reviews.
- Proficiency with MS Office product suite.
- Expertise in UX Design tools such as Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, Adobe CC, In-vision, Sketch.
- Excellent English, written, and spoken.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/jQuery.
- Familiarity with frontend libraries such as React is a plus.
