Qualifications

<ul>
	<li>Bachelor’s in Information Technology or Computer Science. We also accept Business Administration or Customer Service Management degrees for this role.
	<li>Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
	<li>HubSpot Admin Certification.
	<li>Requirements
	<li>Remote work experience handling US clients.
	<li>Zendesk configuration expertise, including customization and management.
	<li>Technical integration skills with CRM and other tools.
	<li>Competence in data analysis and generating Zendesk reports.
	<li>Knowledge management experience for maintaining a solution-oriented knowledge base.
	<li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
	<li>Excellent communication and English, written and spoken.
	<li>Customer service orientation to optimize Zendesk for improved satisfaction.

Nice to have

	<li>Experience working in the finance industry.
