We seek a seasoned Zendesk Administrator with technical expertise and customer service experience to manage, maintain, and optimize our multi-branded Zendesk setups. This role involves customizing and configuring Zendesk, integrating it with other systems, and ensuring smooth functionality to enhance our customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain multi-branded Zendesk setups.
  • Customize Zendesk configurations to meet organizational needs.
  • Integrate Zendesk with CRM and other tools using APIs and webhooks.
  • Generate and analyze Zendesk reports to drive service improvements.
  • Maintain and organize a knowledge base within Zendesk.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot Zendesk-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance system functionality.
  • Adapt Zendesk configurations to incorporate new features and updates.
  • Offer customer service support through optimized Zendesk configurations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Information Technology or Computer Science. We also accept Business Administration or Customer Service Management degrees for this role.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
  • HubSpot Admin Certification.
  • Requirements
  • Remote work experience handling US clients.
  • Zendesk configuration expertise, including customization and management.
  • Technical integration skills with CRM and other tools.
  • Competence in data analysis and generating Zendesk reports.
  • Knowledge management experience for maintaining a solution-oriented knowledge base.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and English, written and spoken.
  • Customer service orientation to optimize Zendesk for improved satisfaction.

Nice to have
  • Experience working in the finance industry.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Any API Specialist certifications.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
