Join our dynamic marketing team as a remote full-time Marketing Assistant, supporting our email and media buying efforts. This role involves creating new marketing assets, daily reporting, and making data-driven recommendations. You’ll work across multiple brands and verticals to create, test, and optimize campaigns, balancing creativity and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Campaign Manager in executing and optimizing both email marketing and display ad campaigns.
- Schedule, track, and report on daily email campaigns to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage digital lead generation efforts via Google Ads, including creating and testing ads, adjusting targeting, and crafting landing page content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize campaign performance across all available channels.
- Support ongoing display ad campaigns with CPA optimizations, creative updates, and quality assurance.
- Create tracking links, quality-check landing pages, and troubleshoot tracking issues.
- Analyze data to make informed recommendations for campaign improvements and optimizations.
- Design and develop creative assets that align with campaign strategies, including email content and ad visuals.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
- Remote work experience handling US clients.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Excellent communication and English, written and spoken.
- Experience creating engaging marketing materials, such as landing pages and ads.
- Creative and analytical mindset to develop compelling ad creatives, email subject lines, and headlines.
