Responsibilities
  • Assist with research, filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and other ledger reconciliations during the monthly close process.
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial reports.
  • Utilize accounting software to support business or client needs.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to analyze data and track information.
  • Perform additional tasks or projects to gain insights into accounting and office operations.
  • Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting with 3-5 years of experience.
  • AR/Invoicing/Sales accounting experience required.
  • Excellent IT and computer skills, with proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams).
  • Basic accounting skills, including familiarity with system integration and data cleanup.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and professional demeanor.
  • Remote work experience handling US clients.
  • Excellent communication and English, written and spoken.
