We seek a dynamic and experienced remote Community Manager to oversee and drive the performance of top-performing social media influencers. This individual will be critical in managing a curated community of creators who deliver exceptional results on platforms like TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in social media, community management, and data-driven insights to help maximize creator performance and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Community Management: Build and maintain relationships with top-performing social media influencers, fostering a strong and engaged community.
- Performance Analysis: Use data and insights to identify high-performing creators driving significant GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and optimize their projects for maximum impact.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with influencers to develop tailored strategies for increasing engagement, sales, and brand collaborations.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate campaigns between creators and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with company goals.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay current with the latest social media and e-commerce trends to inform strategies and recommendations.
- Reporting and Feedback: Regularly track and report key performance metrics, providing actionable feedback to influencers and internal stakeholders.
- Recruitment and Development: Identify and onboard new talent into the community, ensuring continuous growth and diversity.
- Proven experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Managerial experience with the ability to lead and inspire others.
- Expert with platforms like TikTok Shop and their ecosystem.
- A background in digital advertising and/or digital marketing is a plus.
- Previous experience in AI-driven social media analytics or a tech-forward marketing environment.
- Understanding of content performance optimization and social shopping trends.
