We are seeking a Remote Real Estate Assistant with over 3 years of experience in providing administrative support within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, skilled in contract preparation, appointment scheduling, and managing communications with clients and service providers. Strong communication skills are essential for this remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including contract preparation and document management.
- Schedule and manage appointments for real estate agents and clients.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and service providers.
- Assist in organizing and managing real estate transactions from start to finish.
- Ensure that all documents are accurate, properly filed, and easily accessible.
- Support real estate agents in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a real estate assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Remote work experience handling US clients.
- Excellent communication and English, written and spoken.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
