Join our team as a remote Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage invoicing and payment processing remotely. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience and strong English communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage cash updates and reconciliation, including checks and ACH payments.

• Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise and NetSuite for accounting tasks.

• Perform data inputs using Transaction Pro (3rd party software) for QuickBooks.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all transactions.

• Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.

• Collaborate with the team to streamline accounts receivable processes.

• Provide accurate and timely reports as needed.

 

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications and 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable.

• Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks Enterprise, and NetSuite.

• Familiarity with Transaction Pro for QuickBooks inputs (preferred, not required).

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Remote work experience handling US clients.

• Excellent communication and English, written and spoken.

 

Work Schedule:

• Training: First 2-4 weeks on EST hours.

• Ongoing: PH mid-shift, finishing at 10 am EST.

We offer a full-time, PH hours remote job with a 40-hour workweek Monday through Friday, with excellent prospects for long-term growth.
