Join our dynamic team as a remote HVAC estimator, where you'll utilize your HVAC expertise to provide accurate cost estimations for projects and collaborate seamlessly with our US-based clients. Remote work experience handling US clients and excellent communication and English, written and spoken, are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed cost estimations for HVAC projects, leveraging expertise in HVAC systems and relevant software tools.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure estimates align with project requirements.
- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate estimates.
- Engage with vendors and subcontractors to gather pricing information and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and labor costs.
- Communicate effectively with US clients and team members to address any estimates-related questions or concerns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Estimator, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and cost estimation techniques.
- Proficiency in industry-specific software tools for HVAC estimation.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Remote work experience handling US clients preferred.
- Excellent communication and English, written and spoken.
What we offer:
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job with a 40-hour workweek Monday through Friday, with excellent prospects for long-term growth. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
