We seek a remote full-time Media Buyer to drive in-house digital advertising across multiple platforms and optimize performance. The ideal candidate combines marketing creativity with analytical skills and is comfortable working autonomously alongside lead marketing experts.

Responsibilities
  • Purchase and manage digital advertising campaigns (video, display, email, social, remarketing, programmatic).
  • Optimize ad performance based on key performance indicators (CPM, CPC, CPL, conversions).
  • Measure KPIs and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for insight on campaign goals.
  • Collaborate on strategic development, analysis, and optimization with internal teams and senior staff.
  • Conduct timely audits across multi-brand, state, and network campaigns.
  • Build and manage relationships with partners to maintain and scale company growth.
  • Ensure advertising budgets meet ROI goals and stay within allocated limits.
  • Recommend and explore new digital channels to expand lead generation streams.
  • Analyze data to derive insights and inform campaign strategy.
  • Provide input on creative assets, including landing pages and banners.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and new technologies.

Skills & Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in media buying.
  • Knowledge of syndicated research and analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage social media ads, Google Display Network, and native ads.
  • Experience with CPM, CPC, and CPL deal structures.
  • Skilled in online media campaigns (banner, social media, advertorials, native ads).
  • Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with tracking, trafficking, and attribution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Remote work experience handling US clients.
  • Excellent communication and English, written and spoken.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with paid search campaigns.
  • Bilingual ad management capabilities.
