As a Web Designer, you are responsible for creating the interface, navigation, and aesthetics of websites for businesses and clients. You are also responsible for updating and maintaining the website to keep it up and running. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Create a unique and user-friendly website designs 
• Redesign existing pages and create new ones 
• End to end management of web development projects 
• Collaborate with another team for a potential website design and user experience features discussion 
• Evaluate and approve prototypes, code visual features, test color schemes 
• Digital retouching and image editing 
• Integrating client CMS programs and data feeds into websites 
• Optimizing sites for maximum speed and scalability 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Development or 4 years of relevant experience 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
• comprehension of user testing, A/B testing, and data collection/reporting 
• Deep knowledge of UX/UI design 
• HTML, CSS, and Javascript expert 
• Attention to detail 
• Excellent time management skills 
• Can work in a fast pace environment 

Preferred candidates that have a working knowledge and process website design and has an extensive end to end approaches as well rounded and responsible. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.    

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Web Designer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
