Filled Positions

As a Video Director, you will work closely with our senior producers and coordinating producers on all video productions. The Video Director must have a history of creating and executing high-concept digital videos, working with and directing A-List celebrities, highly esteemed experts, and everyday people.

What You'll Be Doing

• Produce, coordinate, and shoot 1-2 UGC-style video/photo content batches weekly for use in performance-driven ads
• Execute traditional video and photo shoots for use across digital platforms, social media, and web
• Work with creative strategists to brainstorm and build out shot lists, treatment decks, and mood boards that are strategic and meet client expectations
• Operate all kinds of cameras- including iPhone, mirrorless and cinema cameras
• Direct on-set talent to extract thumb-stopping and strategic performances
• Execute lighting setups, record sound, and design aesthetically pleasing sets as needed
  Assist the post production team with pre-editing and preparing dailies on an as-needed basis

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a videographer at a creative agency, media, entertainment or production company
• Technical expertise of camera, sound, lighting, and grip equipment
• Must be able to think strategically about what shots will catch viewer’s attentions and lead to conversions
• Basic knowledge of video editing software
• Experience logging and organizing footage & content
• Must have a reel and potentially submit a video skill assessment

Preferred candidates with hands-on experience in video content creation and managing an agency relationship. Applicants with great familiarity with HIPAA privacy restrictions is a plus. The said applicant must be comfortable and experienced in tracking the high-level content success
