As a User Experience (UX) Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences for our users. This is a remote position that offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and shape the user experience across our products. What you'll be doing

• Conducting user research and gathering insights to inform the design process
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize and validate design concepts
• Collaborating with product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
• Conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback to iterate and enhance designs
• Applying industry best practices and design principles to deliver intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
• Collaborating with the visual design team to ensure consistency and brand alignment
• Staying updated with the latest UX trends and techniques to drive innovation
• Advocating for the user throughout the design process and championing a user-centered approach
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into designs
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive designs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work in cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus

Preferred candidates that have prior experience in designing user experiences for web and mobile applications, along with proficiency in data-driven design, A/B testing methodologies, strong analytical skills to interpret user behavior and make informed design decisions, familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines, as well as experience with responsive and adaptive design principles. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced User Experience (UX) Designer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
