As a Technical Program Manager, Social, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the technical aspects of our social media projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure the successful planning and execution of social media initiatives. Your expertise in program management, technical operations, and social media platforms will be critical in delivering high-quality results. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can thrive in a remote work environment. 

What you'll be doing 

• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables 
• Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and resource allocation 
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution 
• Identifying and mitigating risks, solving problems, and driving issue resolution 
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular status updates to stakeholders
• Conducting post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement 
• Managing technical dependencies and ensuring smooth integration with existing systems 
• Overseeing testing, quality assurance, and release management processes 
• Keeping up with industry trends and best practices in social media technology 

Requirements 

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role 
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their technical requirements 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Demonstrated expertise in program management methodologies and tools 
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders 
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities 
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities 

Preferred candidates that have a solid background as a Technical Program Manager, with a focus on social media projects. We are looking for individuals who have successfully managed complex technical programs, can collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and can drive results in a remote work environment. Experience in social media analytics, platform integrations, and agile methodologies will be highly valued.
