As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for owning several departments and teams within the company as well as keeping candidates through the process. You will also correspond with candidates and hiring managers to make sure candidates receive quick feedback and will assist in sourcing and finding talents.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handle and lead junior team members
- Help recruitment with candidate sourcing, profile management, and interview
- Identify and tap talent networks and expand talent reach
- Support candidate experience, and guide them through the pipeline with swiftness and precision
- Schedule interviews
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager team with administrative duties
- Outline, sustain and oversee the offer letter process
- Provide ad hoc reporting as requested by Recruiter, HR, VPs and the Executive Team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science or related fields
- Must have at least C1/C2 Level English (both written and spoken English)
- Experience in driving diverse talent and building talent networks
- Superb organizational and management skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Can work in fast-paced atmosphere
- Experience in recruitment and/or HR
- Can work independently or in a team
- High analytical-thinking skills and attention to details
Preferred candidates with excellent organization skills, a good communicator and can work during US business hours.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Talent Acquisition Manager. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
