As a Sr. Product Owner (Data) for a Healthcare Company (Remote), you will be responsible for leading and driving the development of data-focused products that support our organization's mission. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable plans. You will play a critical role in defining product strategy, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful product delivery. What you'll be doing 

• Collaborating with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap 
• Gathering and analyzing user feedback, market trends, and industry insights to inform product decisions 
• Translating business requirements into well-defined product specifications and user stories 
• Prioritizing features and managing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals 
• Collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget 
• Conducting user acceptance testing and validating product functionality 
• Monitoring and analyzing product performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization 
• Engaging with customers, conducting demos, and gathering feedback for product enhancements 
• Providing leadership and guidance to the product team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment 
• Staying updated on emerging technologies, industry standards, and best practices in healthcare data products 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role 
• Strong understanding of data-driven product development and agile methodologies 
• Experience in the healthcare industry or working on healthcare-related projects 
• Proficiency in gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications 
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment 

Preferred candidates for the role of Sr. Product Owner (Data) should have a deep understanding of healthcare data products and possess experience in the healthcare industry. Knowledge of regulatory compliance, interoperability, and data privacy in healthcare is highly desired. Familiarity with data analytics, machine learning, or data visualization is advantageous. Strong leadership skills, the ability to navigate complex requirements, and a passion for improving healthcare through technology are valued qualities.
