As a Software ERP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing company-wide ERP software systems. Your role will involve streamlining business processes, improving user efficiency, and customizing ERP software to fit business needs. 

What you'll be doing 

• Developing and implementing ERP systems that align with company objectives 
• Customizing ERP solutions to meet business requirements 
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business needs
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ERP systems 
• Providing technical support and training to users 
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest ERP trends and technologies 
• Documenting ERP processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards 
• Conducting regular system audits
• Implementing security measures to protect data integrity 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
• Proven experience as an ERP Developer
• Extensive knowledge of ERP software and relevant coding languages 
• Familiarity with database design, software development, and system testing 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically 
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft SQL Server or similar databases 

Preferred candidates who possess excellent communication skills, have a deep understanding of business practices, and demonstrate a great deal of initiative. Prior experience with cloud-based ERP systems would be a significant advantage.
