What you'll be doing 

  • Developing and implementing social media and marketing strategies aligned with business goals 
  • Creating and curating engaging and relevant content for social media platforms 
  • Managing social media accounts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages 
  • Conducting social media listening and tracking metrics to assess performance and optimize campaigns 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment 
  • Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels 
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats 
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations 
  • Staying updated on social media and marketing trends, tools, and best practices 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 
  • Proven experience as a social media manager or in a similar role 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Hootsuite) 
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills 
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting 
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and campaign management 
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities 

Preferred candidates for the role of Social Media & Marketing Manager should have a deep understanding of social media trends and possess hands-on experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Knowledge of SEO principles, graphic design tools, and experience in the relevant industry are highly desired. Strong analytical skills, the ability to multitask, and a creative mindset are valued qualities. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Social Media & Marketing Manager. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
