As a Social Media Chat Sales specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through engaging customer interactions on various social media platforms. What you'll be doing
- Engage with customers via chat on social media platforms, providing product information and addressing inquiries

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus
- Proven experience in social media chat sales or a similar sales-focused role
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Strong sales acumen and persuasion skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their chat features
Preferred candidates that have a background in sales, particularly in social media chat sales. We are looking for individuals who possess exceptional interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude. Experience in remote sales environments, knowledge of social media marketing strategies, and proficiency in sales software or CRM systems will be highly valued.
