As an SEO Account Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the SEO and cross-channel strategy for every account to establish and sustain a robust client rapport, fulfill the objectives and schedules of the initial strategy, and spot new strategic prospects.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage the internal account team and oversee all strategic initiatives for the account
- Lead internal collaboration across the account team
- Communicate clearly all initiatives, strategies, and opportunities to clients as needed and on a weekly/monthly basis
- Organize and facilitate client meetings (weekly/bi-weekly calls and monthly reporting calls)
- Ensure account workflow is professional and of high quality by reviewing work
- Ensure the campaign strategy aligns with the client's KPIs and business goals
- Work with internal teams and Client Lead to identify and vet new opportunities for account expansion
- Serve as the main point of contact between the client and Power Digital to build a strong partnership
- Keep all documents and workflow for the team organized to easily understand due dates, meeting times, the current state of the campaign, and client relationship
- Analyze metrics at both a micro level and a macro level by determining the current state of campaign progress via Google Analytics, SEO-specific tools, and/or a CRM
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 years of experience as an SEO Account Manager or in a similar role
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, ScreamingFrog, and Ahrefs
- Possess a thorough understanding of the best SEO practices and technical SEO elements
- Demonstrate a proven track record of developing client success strategies and managing client communications
- Possess a passion for SEO, content, and all things related to organic marketing
- Can understand, grasp, and communicate marketing jargon in simple English
- Possess intellectual curiosity and eagerness to innovate, think out of the box, and implement new things for customers
- Have a knack for consumer research and the ability to think "consumer"
- Possess extensive experience in developing and executing organic marketing strategy
Preferred candidates who can demonstrate expertise in developing creative content strategies that generate leads and foster business growth for clients. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced SEO Account Manager. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
