Filled Positions

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you'll be responsible for collecting and translating user insights into delightful experiences as well as creating both functional and visually appealing features that address our customers' needs. 

What you’ll be doing

• Analyze user requirements and tasks, information architecture design, interaction design, conceptual modeling, and usability testing 
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers 
• Produce user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specifications 
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets 
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields 
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like 
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) 
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders 
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) 
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback 
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Design, Information Technology or a related field 
• 4 years of experience as UX Designer 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
• Strong knowledge of user interface patterns for web and native mobile 
• Strong knowledge in user needs design 
• A portfolio demonstrating visual/interaction design skills 
• Ability to work on highly detailed projects 
• Highly creative in brand-driven projects 

Preferred candidates that have keen interest and awareness of future developments in website, mobile, software and technology trends and innovations and has an extensive end to end approaches in every project. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.    

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Senior UX/UI Designer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
