Filled Positions

As a Senior UX Designer, you are responsible for creating outstanding user experiences and leading overall efforts as part of a Product team through applying Design Thinking methodology to launch and track successful products and enhancements. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Collaborate with a supervisor to develop customer understanding and empathy to improve overall customer experience 
• Work closely with product management and engineering partners to provide creative leadership within a project or team 
• Design deliverables and prototypes that align with Product and Engineering partners 
• Understand the feasibility of proposed designs and advocate for excellent user experience 
• Collaborate with the User Experience Architect and Project/Creative Lead to draft and iterate on new and complex user experience interaction 
• Identify and assess potential improvements to existing web, app, mobile, and interactive designs 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Design, Information Technology or a related field 
• 4 years of experience as UX Designer 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
• Strong knowledge of user interface patterns for web and native mobile 
• Strong knowledge in user needs design 
• A portfolio demonstrating visual/interaction design skills 
• Ability to work on highly detailed projects 
• Highly creative in brand-driven projects 

Preferred candidates that have keen interest and awareness of future developments in website, mobile, software and technology trends and innovations and has an extensive end to end approaches in every project. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.    

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Senior UX Designer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
