As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and recruiting top talent for our organization. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. We are seeking an experienced and strategic talent acquisition professional who has a deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and possesses strong sourcing and assessment skills.  

What you'll be doing 

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent 
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand talent needs and requirements 
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit 
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs 
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and offer management 
  • Utilizing applicant tracking systems to track and report on recruitment metrics 
  • Providing guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and selection
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition partner or in a similar recruitment role 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Excellent sourcing and assessment skills 
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software 
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines 

Preferred candidates for this role are those who have extensive experience in talent acquisition and have held senior-level positions in recruitment. Experience in remote or distributed hiring is highly valued. Candidates with certifications in recruitment or human resources will be highly regarded. We value individuals who are proactive, strategic, and have a strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
