We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and attracting, and interviewing applicants to interviewing and enlisting extraordinary workers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Accomplish staffing goals by recruiting and assessing job candidates and advising managers
- Create recruiting requirements and meet with managers to discuss requirements
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications
- Invite applicants by placing job ads, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants
- Verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Arrange applicant interviews
- Participating in administrative staff meetings; attending other meetings with business partners
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or business-related fields
- 5 years of work experience, with 2+ years of recruitment experience
- Ability to manage skills assessments
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- C2/1 English, written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Senior Recruiter. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
