Filled Positions

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and attracting, and interviewing applicants to interviewing and enlisting extraordinary workers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Accomplish staffing goals by recruiting and assessing job candidates and advising managers
• Create recruiting requirements and meet with managers to discuss requirements
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications
• Invite applicants by placing job ads, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants
• Verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
• Arrange applicant interviews
• Participating in administrative staff meetings; attending other meetings with business partners
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or business-related fields
• 5 years of work experience, with 2+ years of recruitment experience
• Ability to manage skills assessments
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• C2/1 English, written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Senior Recruiter. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
