As a Senior Paid Search Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing paid search strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing paid search strategies to achieve business goals
- Conducting keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign targeting
- Creating and optimizing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads)
- Monitoring campaign performance and adjusting bidding strategies to maximize ROI
- Analyzing data and performance metrics to identify insights and optimization opportunities
- Implementing A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align paid search efforts with overall marketing objectives
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid search marketing
- Providing strategic recommendations and actionable insights based on data analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Paid Search Manager or a similar role
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- Strong knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM) and paid search platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads)
- Proficiency in campaign creation, optimization, and budget management
- Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics)
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization
- Excellent project management skills
Preferred candidates for this role will have a strong background in managing paid search campaigns, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes. Experience in managing large-scale campaigns and utilizing advanced bid management tools will be considered an advantage. Additionally, candidates with certifications in search engine marketing and familiarity with display advertising and remarketing strategies will be given preference.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Senior Paid Search Manager. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
