As a Senior Developer,you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions. With your expertise in programming, problem-solving, and collaboration, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality code and drive the success of our projects. 

What you'll be doing 

• Designing and implementing scalable and efficient software applications 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions 
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code 
• Conducting comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure software quality 
• Mentoring and guiding junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise 
• Investigating and resolving complex technical issues 
• Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends 
• Contributing to code reviews and providing constructive feedback 
• Participating in the entire software development life cycle 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a software developer 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python) 
• Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices 
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) 
• Knowledge of databases and SQL 
• Familiarity with web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 

Preferred candidates have expertise in areas such as distributed systems, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices and with a proven track record of delivering successful software solutions. They demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Senior Developer. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
