As a Senior Compensation Analyst - Remote, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing compensation programs and strategies to attract, retain, and motivate our employees. What you'll be doing
- Conducting compensation analysis and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness
- Participating in the design and implementation of compensation programs and policies
- Analyzing job descriptions and evaluating positions for appropriate job levels and salary ranges
- Providing guidance and recommendations on compensation-related matters
- Collaborating with HR and finance teams to manage compensation budgets
- Reviewing and approving salary adjustments and incentive plans
- Assisting in the development and communication of compensation guidelines
- Monitoring compensation trends and regulatory changes
- Conducting ad-hoc compensation-related projects and analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles and practices
- Proficiency in compensation analysis and market research techniques
- Familiarity with HRIS and compensation management systems
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment
Preferred candidates for the role should have in-depth knowledge of compensation strategies and trends. Experience with global compensation programs and knowledge of regulatory requirements is highly desired. Strong attention to detail, the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, and a customer-focused mindset are valued qualities.
