As a Senior Affiliate Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue and growth for our company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for affiliate partnerships and optimize existing programs. This is a remote position, so you will need to be self-motivated and able to work independently. 

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue and growth 
• Identifying and recruiting high-value affiliate partners to promote our products/services 
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners 
• Creating compelling marketing materials for affiliate partners to use in promotions 
• Optimizing affiliate programs for maximum ROI and efficiency 
• Analyzing and reporting on affiliate program performance using data-driven insights 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives 
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices 
• Managing program budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field  
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong experience in affiliate marketing 
• Excellent relationship-building skills 
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting 
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple programs simultaneously 
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Impact, CJ Affiliate, or Rakuten Marketing 

Preferred candidates that have experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer marketing, negotiating and managing affiliate partnerships at a senior level, managing affiliate programs in multiple geographic regions and have strong understanding of affiliate program compliance requirements. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and great amiliarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo is a plus. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Senior Affiliate Strategist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
