What you'll be doing 

  • Conducting outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential customers 
  • Engaging with leads via email, phone, and social media to create sales opportunities 
  • Qualifying leads based on specific criteria and customer needs 
  • Educating prospects about our products and services 
  • Scheduling appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions 
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies and tactics 
  • Continuously updating product knowledge and staying informed about industry trends 
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 
  • 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation and qualification 
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work setting 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
