As a User Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in crafting exceptional digital experiences for our users. Through research, analysis, and design, you will contribute to creating intuitive interfaces and optimizing user satisfaction and engagement. 

What you'll be doing

• Conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Analyzing user feedback and behavior to identify pain points and areas for improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define user experience goals and requirements
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize design concepts
• Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX)
• Conducting heuristic evaluations and UX audits to identify usability issues
• Testing and iterating designs based on user feedback and usability testing results
• Collaborating with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Proven experience as a User Experience Specialist or similar role
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
• Familiarity with usability testing and research techniques
• Excellent visual design and prototyping skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred candidates for this role should possess hands-on experience in mobile app design and responsive web design. Additionally, a solid understanding of interaction design and information architecture is highly preferred. Familiarity with front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is valued. An understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles is desired. Experience in making data-driven design decisions based on user behavior analysis and the ability to effectively communicate and present design concepts to stakeholders are advantageous. Finally, a passion for continuous learning and exploring new trends and technologies in UX design is highly valued. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Remote User Experience Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
