Ideal profile
The ideal candidate should excel at maintaining an efficient end-to-end funnel of candidates and can determine a candidate's potential through questions and evaluations. You should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a database of prospective candidates in our ATS. Additionally, you should be driven and committed to meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. 

Your Job

• Source candidates and maintain and develop your pipeline of great candidates in LinkedIn Recruiter
• Conduct interviews via Zoom
• Evaluate candidates based on interview feedback and CV reviews
• Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
• Maintain the data in your pipeline, our ATS, and our project management tool

Your Skills

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or significant experience
• LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office, and ATS experience
• Effective communication
• Great English, written and spoken
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• A passion for your job and people
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quotas
