We're hiring an experienced Remote Email Marketing Specialist with a strong background in graphic design and proficiency in platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact. The role involves designing engaging emails, executing effective campaigns, and maintaining content on platforms like Square Space, WordPress, or Wix.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement email marketing strategies in line with our marketing objectives
  • Design attractive email templates and write compelling copy to boost engagement and conversions
  • Collaborate with various teams for content alignment and brand consistency
  • Conduct A/B testing, analyze campaign performance, and optimize based on data-driven insights
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act) while managing subscriber lists
  • Implement automation and segmentation strategies for personalized content and improved audience targeting
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advances in email marketing and graphic design
  • Work with the web development team to maintain email capture forms and landing pages
  • Monitor and report on key email marketing metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in Real Estate environments
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact, and CMS like Square Space, WordPress, or Wix
  • Strong graphic design and copywriting skills
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, A/B testing methodologies, and email marketing analytics
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with remote work experience handling US clients
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
This full-time, US-hours (Eastern Time) remote position offers a 40-hour workweek from Monday to Friday and excellent prospects for long-term growth. HMO and other benefits are available for Philippine candidates.
