Filled Positions

As a QA Content Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of all content produced by our company. This includes reviewing and editing all written content, as well as ensuring that multimedia content meets quality standards. You will also work closely with our development team to ensure that all software products are user-friendly and free of defects. 

What you'll be doing

• Reviewing and editing all written content for accuracy and quality 
• Ensuring multimedia content meets quality standards 
• Collaborating with development team to ensure user-friendliness and defect-free products 
• Conducting QA testing on software products 
• Creating and maintaining test plans and test cases 
• Performing regression testing on updated software products 
• Identifying and reporting defects and issues to the development team 
• Participating in project planning and product development meetings 
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in QA and content creation 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field 
• 3+ years of experience in content creation or QA testing 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong editing and proofreading skills 
• Familiarity with content management systems 
• Experience with software testing and QA methodologies 
• Familiarity with issue tracking systems 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills 

Preferred candidates with experience in agile development methodologies, familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, JIRA or similar issue tracking software, and knowledge of SEO best practices are preferred. They should also have previous experience working in a remote environment. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
