As a Paid Social Assistant, you will be responsible for conceptualize campaigns, generate social media posts, and evaluate conceptualizing campaigns, generating social media posts, and evaluating analytics. 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel data entry and data tables; macro knowledge is a bonus
  • Gathering all required and available data from paid social platforms
  • Performing data completeness and quality checks
  • Preparing data for analyst evaluation
  • Following all criteria for data categorization in check within a detailed SOP
  • Maintaining standardized data naming conventions and data definitions
  • Ability to self-manage workloads to ensure turnaround time is met for every project
  • Communicating clear and accurate estimates on turnaround times for data preparation tasks

Requirements 

  • Previous experience with pulling data from paid social platforms and navigating Meta Ads Manager (LinkedIn Campaign manager preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency, with a focus on pivot tables
  • Knowledge of paid social ad formats and ad creatives
  • High-level understanding of Meta Ads best practices, targeting, and optimization functionalities

Preferred candidates that possess exceptional time management abilities and are enthusiastic about staying up-to-date with industry advancements and novel software. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious, experienced Paid Social Assistant. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
