As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for owning and managing paid search campaigns to various client objectives as well as executing research, developing keyword and budget recommendations, launching campaigns across multiple search platforms, optimizing based on KPIs, reporting on campaign metrics, and providing actionable recommendations in an ongoing basis.

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Project performance and spending for upcoming budget recommendations 
  • Enhance current paid search campaigns to meet various client KPIs 
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports of paid search campaigns including analysis 
  • Convey paid search performance and strategy to clients in a transparent and summarizing manner 
  • Innovate and implement paid search creative test together with ad copy or landing page 
  • Distinguish trends and insights to all search campaigns to determine areas for campaign growth or improvement 
  • Sustain and enhance the health of paid search campaigns through optimization, testing and analysis 
  • Retain relations with engine reps to guarantee best practices are implemented and new products are tested 
  • Assist clients and team members on non-search paid media projects when departmental needs arise 

Requirements 

  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • 2 years' experience of Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Advertising, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager experience 
  • Experience overseeing multi-channel paid media projects 
  • Google Ads Certified (including Fundamentals, Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Mobile)  
  • Microsoft Advertising Certified 
  • Google Analytics Certified 
  • Experience administering Oath/Yahoo campaigns 
  • Experience in testing structures and compiling client deliverables based on performance 
  • Experience employing automated bidding platforms (Search Ads 360, Kenshoo, Marin, or Adobe Advertising Cloud is a plus) 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Extremely analytical with strong research skills 
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure 
  • Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel 
  • Dynamic importance in keeping up with the paid search industry and most recent trends 

Preferred candidates with experience in paid search and must have a working knowledge of managing multiple campaigns and developing strategies for paid media channels beyond paid search, including paid social and display. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Paid Search Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
