As an Organic Design Specialist, you will be responsible mainly for all social media initiatives of the company and have the opportunity to explore all facets of digital marketing that will provide you with a practical understanding of the functioning of each department and their collective role in implementing the overarching strategic plan. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Develop custom-designed creatives for various social media channels
• Acquire proficiency in using social media platforms as a marketing professional, such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Learn to recognize social media personas and prioritize building relationships through social media content
• Learn to create unified branding and sales messaging
• Comprehend the content creation process and execute monthly content schedules
• Enhance social media pages to provide optimal user experience and indexing
• Keep up to date with industry trends, reports, and changes
• Gain knowledge on creating effective boosted post strategies and audience targeting
• Perform competitor analysis across multiple channels
• Understand the social media client onboarding and setup process
• Comprehend weekly and monthly client reporting via third-party tools and Google Analytics

Requirements 

• Bachelor's Degree 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, or Adobe XD) and/or proficiency in video editing (Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
• Familiarity with managing social media across various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Youtube, and Google My Business
• Demonstrated skills in time management, attention to detail, and dependability
• Strong enthusiasm to learn and contribute to a dynamic department 

Preferred candidates who have the ability to effectively communicate complex information and who does not afraid to share ideas and cooperate with others during brainstorming and strategy sessions. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.      

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Organic Design Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
