Filled Positions

As a Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of learning and development programs for our clients. You will work closely with Learning Specialists, Subject Matter Experts, and other internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of training programs. 

What you'll be doing 

• Coordinating and scheduling training sessions, webinars, and other learning events 
• Communicating with learners to provide logistical information and support 
• Monitoring and tracking attendance and participation in training programs 
• Creating and maintaining training materials, such as agendas and handouts 
• Assisting with the administration of the learning management system 
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of training programs 
• Collecting and analyzing feedback from learners to make recommendations for program improvement 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English 
• 2+ years of experience in learning and development or related field 
• Excellent organizational and project management skills 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment 
• Comfortable with technology and learning new software applications quickly 

Preferred candidates will have experience working with virtual teams and be familiar with learning management systems. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
