What You'll Be Doing

• Tactically plan, launch, and enhance across several media networks within a media campaign
• Perform end-to-end campaign management of programmatic display campaigns
• Improve actionable insights that result in appropriate optimizations to boost campaign execution
• Modify and enhance budgets, bids, and other campaign factors based on real-time results
• Create and own publisher relationships, publisher RFPs, and RFP scorecards
• Assist end of month/quarter campaign wrap-ups
• Create actionable visions for weekly and quarterly progress
• Positively present media development and optimization suggestions/recommendations to clients
• Regularly promote media best practices and campaign practices

Requirements

• 3 years of hands-on experience media planning and buying
• Experience in PMP and Direct deal
• Can work with a team and work independently
• Remarkable verbal and written communication skills
• Robust analytical skills
• A self-motivated person who is well organized and keen to detail
• Can work remotely and sustain a high level of productivity
• Can work in fast-paced environment with constantly evolving urgencies
• Experience working with with 3^rd party tools (Prisma, Google Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics)
• Knowledgeable in Ad Ops functions, such as DCM trafficking and tag management

Preferred candidates with great familiarity in any accounting software, media buying experience and and can work in US business hours.

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Lead, Media Planning. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
