As a Junior Digital Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing website and digital campaign data to help optimize performance and drive business results. You'll work closely with the marketing and data teams to develop insights and recommendations based on your findings.
What you'll be doing
- Analyzing website and digital campaign data to identify trends and insights
- Developing dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics to stakeholders
- Creating and implementing A/B tests to improve website performance
- Conducting user research to better understand customer behavior
- Working with marketing teams to track and analyze campaign performance
- Maintaining and updating analytics tools and systems
- Providing regular insights and recommendations to optimize digital experiences
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business goals
- Staying up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in digital analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, or related field
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Mixpanel
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as email, social media, and paid search
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred candidates who have experience in tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager or Tealium, knowledge of SQL or other programming languages, familiarity with statistical modeling and analysis, passion for data-driven decision making, and have previously worked in a remote environment are preferred. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Junior Digital Analytics Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
