We are looking for an end-to-end Recruiter. The job is fully remote, permanent full-time US-hours EST Mon-Fri. You must be an experienced recruiter and also have experience hiring US candidates.

This is a 100% remote job.
Role and responsibilities:
- Assist with job posting and advertisement
- Source candidates, screen applications and create shortlists
- Schedule and perform interviews, prepare interview questions
- Collaborate with the hiring manager and HR during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates and other details
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- +3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Experience assisting US clients in hiring US Security guards - required
- Excellent C2 English, spoken and written
- Proficiency with ATS software and Li Recruiter
- A self-starter with attention to detail and timeliness
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious international Senior Recruiter. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
The current shift is 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST.
