What you'll be doing 

  • Prospecting and cold-calling potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline 
  • Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings 
  • Qualifying leads and identifying decision-makers to target sales efforts effectively
  • Nurturing customer relationships and following up on leads to close deals 
  • Collaborating with the sales team to meet individual and team sales targets 
  • Providing accurate and timely sales reports and updates 
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service 
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products
  • Participating in sales training and professional development programs 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 
  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role 
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English) 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets 
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Self-motivated and results-driven 

Preferred candidates will have a track record of success in inside sales and a passion for exceeding sales goals. They will possess experience in selling technology or software products and have a customer-centric approach. Familiarity with sales automation tools and experience in the B2B sales environment would be advantageous. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Inside Sales Representative. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
