What you'll be doing
- Collaborating with business leaders to understand organizational goals and HR needs
- Providing strategic HR guidance and consultation to stakeholders
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Conducting employee relations activities and addressing employee concerns
- Implementing performance management programs and supporting employee development
- Managing employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Analyzing HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar roles
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR tools
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
