What you'll be doing 

• Collaborating with business leaders to understand organizational goals and HR needs 
• Providing strategic HR guidance and consultation to stakeholders 
• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives 
• Supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes 
• Conducting employee relations activities and addressing employee concerns
• Implementing performance management programs and supporting employee development 
• Managing employee engagement and retention initiatives 
• Ensuring compliance with HR laws, regulations, and best practices 
• Analyzing HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
• 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar roles 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws 
• Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations 
• Proficient in HRIS and other HR tools
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
