As an HOA Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of our homeowner association (HOA) management software for our clients. Join our remote team and leverage your expertise in HOA operations, project management, and customer support to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of our software solutions. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to exceptional customer service will contribute to the success of our implementations. 

What you'll be doing 

• Collaborating with clients to understand their HOA management requirements and goals 
• Planning and coordinating the implementation process, ensuring timelines are met 
• Configuring the software to align with clients' specific needs and preferences 
• Conducting training sessions for clients to ensure effective software adoption 
• Assisting clients with data migration and system integration processes
• Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues during the implementation phase 
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients during and after implementation 
• Conducting post-implementation reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement 
• Documenting implementation processes, best practices, and client-specific configurations 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in HOA operations, management, or software implementation 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple implementations simultaneously 
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Technical proficiency and familiarity with software implementation processes
• Detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment 

Preferred candidates for this role are an experienced HOA Implementation Specialist with a strong background in HOA operations, management, or software implementation. They should have excellent project management skills and a customer-focused mindset. They possess technical proficiency and are comfortable working with software implementation processes. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role. Effective communication and the ability to work independently in a remote team environment are highly valued.
