As an HOA Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring homeowner associations (HOAs) comply with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Join our remote team and utilize your expertise in HOA governance, legal compliance, and attention to detail to foster community harmony and maintain high standards of compliance. Your knowledge of HOA regulations, communication skills, and analytical mindset will contribute to the success of our clients' associations. 

What you'll be doing 

• Conducting regular reviews of HOA governing documents, rules, and regulations 
• Ensuring HOAs comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations 
• Advising HOA boards on compliance matters and providing guidance on potential issues 
• Responding to homeowner inquiries related to compliance and providing clarifications 
• Collaborating with HOA boards to develop and implement compliance programs
• Conducting site visits to assess compliance with HOA standards and regulations 
• Documenting and maintaining records of compliance activities and violations 
• Assisting in the resolution of compliance-related disputes or conflicts 
• Keeping abreast of industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in HOA compliance 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field 
• Proven experience in HOA governance, compliance, or a similar role 
• In-depth knowledge of HOA regulations, governing documents, and industry standards 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local laws applicable to HOAs
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment 

Preferred candidates that have a deep understanding of HOA governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Preferred candidates possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively advise and collaborate with HOA boards and homeowners. Attention to detail, analytical abilities, and the ability to work independently in a remote team environment are essential. Knowledge of industry best practices and a passion for upholding HOA standards are highly valued. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced HOA Compliance Specialist. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
