As an Experiential Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing immersive learning experiences for our organization. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere and collaborate with a diverse team. We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual with a passion for education and a strong understanding of experiential learning methodologies. What you'll be doing 

• Developing and implementing experiential learning programs and initiatives to enhance employee development 
• Designing and facilitating hands-on activities, simulations, and workshops to create immersive learning experiences 
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and develop content that aligns with organizational goals
• Evaluating the effectiveness of experiential learning programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms 
• Incorporating technology and digital platforms to enhance experiential learning delivery 
• Providing guidance and support to learners throughout their experiential learning journey 
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to integrate experiential learning into talent development strategies 
• Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in experiential learning and adult education
• Monitoring and reporting on the impact and ROI of experiential learning initiatives 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
• Proven experience in designing and delivering experiential learning programs 
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and experiential learning methodologies
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage learners in interactive activities 
• Proficiency in using digital tools and learning management systems 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting 

Preferred candidates for this role are those who have experience working in a remote or virtual learning environment. Individuals with a background in instructional design and instructional technology will be highly regarded. Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively are also preferred.
