As an Enterprise Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing the billing processes for our enterprise clients. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be crucial in ensuring accurate and timely billing, as well as resolving any billing discrepancies. 

What you'll be doing 

• Reviewing and validating billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness 
• Analyzing billing records and identifying discrepancies or issues 
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve billing errors and disputes
• Generating and distributing invoices to enterprise clients 
• Handling billing inquiries and providing excellent customer service 
• Monitoring billing trends and recommending process improvements 
• Assisting with month-end and year-end billing activities 
• Maintaining billing documentation and records
• Staying updated with industry billing regulations and best practices 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
• Proven experience as a Billing Analyst or similar role in an enterprise environment 
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and billing software 
• C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
• Knowledge of billing and invoicing procedures 
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills 

Preferred candidates will have a track record of managing billing processes for enterprise clients and possess a strong understanding of billing systems and software. They will have experience in resolving complex billing issues and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Knowledge of enterprise billing regulations and experience in the tech or telecom industry would be advantageous.
