As an Ecommerce Manager (CPG Client), you will be responsible for creating and managing the digital presence of CPG clients across various e-commerce platforms and ensuring the company’s online retail activities are profitable. You will be required to manage product listings, promotions, pricing, inventory management and customer service relations.
What you’ll be doing
- Developing strategies to drive online traffic to the company’s website/ecommerce sites and improving ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs
- Analyzing customer data and market trends to ensure that products remain competitively priced and fully in stock
- Creating new product listings, managing inventories, setting up campaigns and promotions
- Forming relationships with vendors within the industry to stay informed on changes in technology or best practices
- Working closely with internal teams such as marketing, creative, finance and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor sales performance across all channels while closely analyzing consumer feedbackTraining new team members on operational procedures related to e-commerce business
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; experience in e-commerce is a plus
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- Proven track record of successfully managing e-commerce initiatives for multiple clients
- Strong understanding of project management principles including ability to define goals, create timelines, interpret data accurately and prioritize tasks effectivel
- Proficiency with modern web technologies such as HTML5/CSS3; JavaScript; jQuery; AJAX; etc
- Experience with popular e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify or comparable platforms is preferred
Preferred candidates will have excellent communication skills both verbal & written; attention to detail; problem solving capabilities; familiarity with SEO best practices & analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adwords/Bing Ads Editor for tracking website performance & optimizing campaigns accordingly; ability to work independently under tight deadlines & handle multiple projects simultaneously. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Senior Marketing Retention Analyst. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
