As a Ecommerce Finance and Admin Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial and administrative operations of our ecommerce business. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies, manage budgets and forecasts, and oversee accounting, tax, and compliance functions. This is a remote position that requires a detail-oriented and results-driven individual with a strong background in finance and administration and a passion for ecommerce.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive revenue and growth
- Managing the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure financial targets are met
- Overseeing accounting, tax, and compliance functions to ensure compliance with regulations
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and analysis
- Ensuring compliance with local and federal financial regulations
- Managing administrative tasks such as payroll, HR, and legal
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)
- 5+ years of experience in finance and administration, preferably in an ecommerce or retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
Preferred candidates that have experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento, experience with financial forecasting and budgeting software, great amiliarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI and CPA or CMA certification. Candidates must be amenable to work during US business hours.
We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Ecommerce Finance and Admin Manager. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
