As a Digital Analyst, you will be responsible for helping clients & internal teams and utilizing data to bring the marketing game to the next level.

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Track KPI measurement for marketing initiatives and campaigns 
  • Support inter-department discussions and programs to acquire data driven to enhance performance for the client 
  • Formulate and test queries, create tables, schemas and stored procedures for priority processes 
  • Create presentations and reports in a clear and brief manner 
  • Supporting and implementing technical perspective to enable robust data  
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) for marketing and interactive experience analytics implementations to ensure data accuracy  
  • Take the lead the company’s reporting procedures across all clients by teaching and leading the team how to transmit a story through data 
  • Lead resource to other teams about data analytics tools such Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Data Studio. 
  • Keep abreast of the latest evolving trends and developments of the industry for reporting and analytics 
  • Act as a mentor to other team mates while educating and guiding new team members in reporting and how to perform meaningful assessment 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing Research/Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science 
  • C1/C2 English Level proficiency (both written and spoken English)  
  • 3 years’ experience in hands-on data analytics 
  • Eager to acquire new skills and expand their overall understanding of data and analytics 
  • Knowledgeable in using of several data visualization programs like Google Data Studio, Tableau, and PowerPoint/Keynote 
  • Must have basic programming languages skills such as JavaScript and SQL 
  • Capacity to gather large data sets from multiple sources in a brief and concise manner 
  • Ability to visualize multiple gathered data 
  • Expert using several analytics tools like Google Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, and Facebook Analytics, SQL and Crimson Hexagon 
  • Experience in website tagging (Adobe Launch, Ensighten, Tealium, Google Tag Manager, Krux, etc.) 
  • Experience in marketing automation a plus

Preferred candidates who can expertly navigate the latest data and analytics tools to bring insight to exciting marketing campaigns and digital experiences. 

We offer a full-time, US-hours remote job, 40-hour workweek Mon-Fri, with excellent prospects for long-term growth for an ambitious experienced Digital Analyst. We can offer HMO and other benefits to Philippine candidates.
